Kundalini Yoga has a wealth of technologies to support women in living in their highest identity, full of love, light and grace. Being a woman is an art and it takes applied intelligence to manifest each facet of a woman's capacity and caliber. A Woman's Radiance

A woman's radiance is that indefinable 'something', the quality that draws people to her, her magnetism, her strength. Come explore the components of a strong Radiant Body. Did you know that a woman has two Arclines, or halos? They can either increase a woman's radiance or break it down. We'll work with meditations and kriyas that build the Arcline and strengthen the Radiant Body of the woman. How does a woman's speech or dress or diet affect her radiance? We'll explore these questions and more as we delve into the technology of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® and the radiance of every woman.

Beauty: A New Definition

American culture demands a lot from women — at the top of the list? Beauty. So we shape and mold ourselves into a form that not only doesn't fit most women; but also doesn't serve our health or our happiness. What does it really mean to be beautiful and how would it feel? The inner light of every woman is found in her grace, her compassion, and her consciousness. How do we come into alignment with those core values — and our own definitions of beauty. Come explore the technologies of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® and write your own definition of beauty: one that makes you feel good in your own skin.

Stepping into Meditation: An Introduction

The process of recovery from drug and alcohol addiction is a long one — and each step along the journey brings you closer and closer to your Original Self. This workshop will introduce you to the values and virtues of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® as they apply to the principles of recovery. Hope, faith, surrender and accountability are just a few of the principles we'll explore as we begin to recognize our True Self, drop the past and create a new future, for ourselves and those we love and serve. This introductory course opens the door to a new way of being in the world — a self-sensory human — and is the first step in a 12-week Series that will explore more deeply the mantras and meditations that take us on that journey to the light within — so that we can be a light to others looking for a way out.
